If we can get together & let potential customers know that we are here for them, hopefully South Elmsall will become the thriving place it once was. If we don't do anything South Elmsall will become a bankrupt village with no hope, and no shops. People will have to travel to supermarkets & town centers because there'll be almost nothing on their doorsteps.

Yes, I'm rambling on but, If people don't use it, they'll lose it. We need to make sure that people's first thought is: "I know where I can get one of those, just down the street."

Here is an Idea of the prices you'd be looking at to rent the various units on the business start-up scheme: eg. Unit A1-A5 is the triple unit at the top of the market which used to be a green grocers. The first 5 weeks would cost you £0 to rent, Then weeks 6-10 would cost you £33.50 a week to rent, week 11-15 costs £67, weeks 16-20 costs £100.50, Then your full weekly rent is your normal £133.99 (£580.62 a month). As you see from the chart above if your needs are on a smaller scale, a small unit is much cheaper. I hope I've made it easy to understand, if you have any questions just pop down & ask.

Due to a few traders retiring we now have some units available for new traders to rent. Units have their own electricity so you can power a cash register, weighing equipment heating, etc. Prices vary according to the size of the unit.

They are all brick built (the stall itself is wood) with a descent roof, which means better weather protection for you & your stock. The stalls also have plug sockets in the roof beams so you can power things such as cash registers, weighing equipment, lighting, heating, etc. Stall cost just: £11.30 a Day.
